Located in the heart of the village, enjoy morning coffee on a 9 m² balcony with a view of the mountains. During the day, the ski lifts are just 200 meters away, or you can explore the Néouvielle lakes. In the evening, take advantage of the residence’s sauna and swimming pool, or stroll into the village on foot.

This 27 m² studio, designed for three people, is rated 3 stars and holds the "Confort +" label from the Saint-Lary Tourist Office. Amenities include a ski locker in the basement, parking, and a swimming pool (heated in the summer). Everything is within walking distance, so you can leave your car parked.

We are Karine and Romuald, the owners. We handle all inquiries personally and promptly. We kindly ask that the studio be left in the same condition as you found it—this helps us keep the price affordable.

The space consists of a single, bright living area that opens onto a large floor-to-ceiling window and the balcony. There are three sleeping spots within the living area; please note that there is no separate bedroom—this is an important detail to consider before booking.

The kitchen area is fully equipped—a rarity for a space of this size—featuring a dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary tableware and utensils. Being able to cook your own meals can make a significant difference to your budget over the course of a week.

The renovated bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The apartment is equipped with electric heating and Wi-Fi. It is located on the first floor; please note there is no elevator.

Bed linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) and towels are not provided, though duvets and pillows are. Please remember to bring your own, or let us know in advance if you need assistance.

Self-check-in is available from 3:00 PM via a lockbox, allowing you to arrive whenever you like without needing a scheduled appointment. We will send you the access codes the day before your arrival. We live a four-hour drive away, so we won’t be stopping by to see you—but we are available every day via phone or WhatsApp, and we respond quickly. If you have a question about the sauna, shuttle services, restaurants, or hiking trails, please feel free to reach out—that’s what we’re here for!

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. You don’t need to prepare anything before you leave; simply leave the keys in the lockbox.

Waste disposal bins are located across from the residence, should you wish to drop off your trash bags during your stay.

This is a non-smoking property (including the balcony).
No parties or events are permitted; the residence is home to year-round residents.
Maximum occupancy is three people—the number agreed upon at the time of booking.
Dogs are permitted during the summer season only, subject to prior approval. No pets allowed in winter.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
