How to add services to my booking with Saint-Lary Tour?
You can add services to your booking at any time, either by your customer area, or by contacting us on 05 62 39 40 29. In order to be ready at your arrival, all additional services must be added and paid for no later than 8 days before your arrival.
Are there any additional charges ?
To the rental price are added:
- File fees (20€ for stays of one week or more, 10€ for short stays).
- optional cancellation insurance which represents 3% of the amount of the accommodation.
- The tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to the prefectural classification of your accommodation. It is settled at the time of booking and cannot be refunded if the number of travelers changes at the time of the stay.
- The deposit, the amount is different according to the capacity of the accommodation. It will be paid on site when the keys are handed over - the charges (water, electricity) are included in the rental amount.
Is bedding included in the accomodation ?
Pillows and blankets (or duvets if specified) are always provided in rentals. However, bedding is not systematically included, please refer to the full description of the accommodation.
Is cleaning included in the rental of my accommodation ?
In general, cleaning must be done by the tenant before departure. However, cleaning can be offered at an additional cost: in this case the service must be booked on arrival (variable rates depending on the capacity of the accommodation)
Are animals allowed in the rental of my accommodation ?
Animals are not always welcome in accommodation.
You can easily find accommodation that accepts animals by selecting, during your search, the criterion "Animals accepted". However, do not hesitate to contact us on 05 62 39 40 29 because some accommodation marked "pets not allowed" may exceptionally accept animals with supplement.
What are the booking conditions ?
If the booking takes place more than 30 days before the start of your stay, a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be requested at the time of reservation, then the balance one month before arrival.
If the reservation takes place less than 30 days before the start date of your stay, you will be asked to pay the total amount of the booking.
What are the means of payment ?
For any online reservation : payment only by credit card, fully secure transaction. For reservations by phone: Bank, Check, Holiday vouchers accepted, except for last minute reservations which no longer allow sending by mail.
Where will I pick up the keys when I arrive ?
All the information relating to the delivery of keys (place, times) will be communicated into the voucher which will be sent to you by email as soon as your balance has been paid in full.
What to do when arriving outside opening hours ?
In case of late arrival or outside opening hours, remember to contact your host beforehand, whose contact details appear on the exchange voucher sent by email before your arrival, in order to recover the procedure for handing over the keys (code for the key box)
Will a deposit be requested on arrival ?
A deposit will be requested when the keys are handed over, depending on the capacity of the accommodation and its level of services (minimum €300)
In case of unforeseen, how can i cancel my reservation?
A cancellation insurance of 3% of the amount of the accommodation can be taken out on request at the time of booking.
If you choose to waive the cancellation insurance before payment of the deposit, cancellation fees without insurance will be as follows :
- Cancellation + 30 days before the start of the stay = 30% of the total amount retained.
- Cancellation between 30 and 16 days before the start of the stay = 50% of the total amount retained.
- Cancellation between 15 and 8 days before the start of the stay = 75% of the total amount retained.
- Cancellation between 7 days and the day of arrival = 100% of the total amount retained.
To cancel your reservation, write to us by email specifying your reason. Your request will be processed as soon as possible.
